The default battery lasts for 2-4 hours of normal use (weight and speed reduce your battery life). The transom mount holds up to 2 batteries. Upgrading your batteries may be an important safety precaution if you plan to use the GoBoat out in deeper waters. The batteries our distributor will deliver to you are equipped with bluetooth technology that will allow you to monitor your battery charge using your phone.
